The CCR&R Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director and employees of South Carolina Child Care Resource & Referral (SC CCR&R) and the SC CCR&R Preschool Development Grant (PDG) Community of Practice (CoP). This position provides the opportunity to use and further develop existing technological, administrative, and creative skillsets.
Responsibilities include coordinating and processing travel, managing supply orders, submitting to and communicating with UofSC printing, tracking and maintaining technology and supply inventories, digital and paper filing, and executing varying support roles in technological and creative capacities.
