The South Carolina Child Care Resource & Referral (SC CCR&R) Administrative and Technical Support Assistant provides support to the Director, Business Manager, Information Systems & Technical Support (ISTS) Coordinator, and other SC CCR&R employees as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing travel; managing supplies & materials orders; requesting quotes for and submitting printing orders; tracking and maintaining supplies, materials, and technology inventories; organizing and filing digital and paper records; providing technology information, training, and troubleshooting to staff as needed; and developing tracking and reporting spreadsheets/files as needed.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
For this position, prefer the selected applicant to complete Jamf 100 level certification within 3 months of employment. Also prefer bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency. Ability to work some evenings and occasional Saturdays for events. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
The Family Child Care Quality Coach functions as a part of the South Carolina Child Care & Resource Referral team of statewide Instructors/Training Coordinators (Quality Coaches) that provides technical assistance and professional development to early childhood programs and collaborates with partner agencies to coordinate services. This position is home-based.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
